Major overhaul, commissioning and reblading of the last stage LP on a Franco -Tosi 200.4 MW Steam Turbine at Raslaffan, Qatar. I was responsible for supervision of a major overhaul and 12-man crew. Works included removal and replacement of LP rotors, reblading and balancing of the last stage, inspection of internal diaphragms and correction of internal and external alignment. I carried out work schedules and made daily facts and finding reports, supervision of an Indian crew and liaised between the Plant Manager and the blading manufacturer.

Inspection RBC multistage centrifugal compressor

I was responsible for the inspection of a Siemens RBC multistage barrel centrifugal compressor at Karabatan, Kazachstan. This compressor is used to pump fuel gas on an offshore refinery platform. The compressor bundle is replaced with a spare unit and the dismantled unit is sent to the factory for reconditioning. I planned work schedules, wrote daily reports and ensured compliance with quality and safety standards.

Bearing, valve inspection and start-up of a Nuovo Pignone (ENK 83-71-3) Steam Turbine at a major oil refinery in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. I was responsible for supervision of a small crew and works involved valve and bearing inspection of the turbine and Renk gearbox. Also commissioning and startup assistance. I sent reports directly to the customer's Lead Rotating Engineer.

Major overhaul of a Stork- Delaval Steam Turbine Type: FS.MV.FS.5R-NC in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. I was responsible for supervision of a major overhaul and 5-man crew. Works included removal and replacement of rotor, inspection of internal diaphragms and correction of internal alignment. Responsibilities included planning work schedules, writing daily reports including advice and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

moving cryogenic air seperation plant

Inspection and moving of a cryogenic air separation plant from Koverhar to Harjavalta, Finland. Responsible for the inspection of two Atlas Copco four-staged GT050 / GT032 recycled feed main air booster compressor. This MAC-BAC compressor supplies dry nitrogen. We started with transportation from Koverhar to Harjavalta and erection of the diverse machines. Thereafter cold and hot commissioning of the plant. Works included direct supervision on the platform of a Finnish workforce and daily meetings with Site Managers, QC Managers and Project Engineers. I submitted daily work schedules and reports.

Commissioning in Dombasle-sur-Meurthe, France. Responsible for supervision on a major overhaul and lifetime update. The main goal was to combine the non-defective parts of door two defect Steam Turbines into one working machine. Works included removal and replacement of rotor, inspection of internal diaphragms and replacement after inspection. Duties involved: work schedules, daily inspection reports and supervision on the platform of a French work force. In my role as Lead Field Service Supervisor, I sent reports directly to the Site Manager.

Supervision of three major and two minor inspections of five centrifugal compressors. Mannesmann-Demag, Propane 12-1-MH 6A and Nitrogen compressor 08-2-MH5B, Elliott multi stage geared centrifugal compressor and two additional Mannesmann-Demag single geared stage compressors SEZ 6 and SEZ 40 at a major oil refinery in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. I carried out control of the different locations where works were performed and advised the different crews when they encountered technical problems. I planned work schedules and made daily inspection reports, carried out startup and commissioning assistance and submitted Lead Field Service Supervisor reports directly to the Manager and Lead Rotating Engineer.

I wrote work schedules and submitted daily inspection reports. I carried out direct supervision on the platform of an Austrian work force. As Lead Field Service Supervisor I reported directly to the Site Manager.
